Sarah Bliss Daly

Sarah Bliss Daly knows what it feels like to not have a voice.

As a child with a severe stutter, speaking in front of others often felt impossible. She learned early what it meant to hold back, to overthink every word, and to want to be understood but not always know how to get there. Today, she stands in front of audiences for a living.

That transformation did not happen all at once. It was shaped through lived experience, hard seasons, personal growth, and the decision to keep coming back to herself with honesty and courage.

Before founding BlissLogic Studio, Sarah spent more than 25 years in advertising sales, working in high-pressure environments where strategy, communication, confidence, and resilience mattered every day. She partnered with business owners and leaders, navigated complex conversations, built trust, and learned how often the real obstacle is not lack of talent or capability, but lack of clarity.

Sarah’s work is also deeply personal. As a survivor of attempted suicide and someone who has rebuilt her life from places of pain, silence, and uncertainty, she understands that resilience is not about pretending everything is fine. It is about learning how to tell the truth, regain your footing, and move forward with more awareness, strength, and self-trust.

That is what led her to coaching and speaking.

Through BlissLogic Studio, Sarah works with individuals, leaders, teams, and audiences who are ready to move through overthinking, pressure, fear, and stuck patterns with more clarity and intention. Her approach blends strategic thinking with deeply human insight, helping people name what is true, reconnect with their own voice, and take action they can stand behind.

Sarah is known for being grounded, direct, compassionate, and deeply present. She helps people feel seen without letting them hide from themselves. Whether she is coaching one-on-one, facilitating a leadership workshop, or speaking from a stage, her work is rooted in the same belief:

The things we have survived can become part of how we serve.

Her story is not just about overcoming hardship. It is about discovering that our greatest struggles often become the very thing we are meant to use to help others feel less alone, more clear, and more courageous in their own lives.

Sarah helps people find the clarity, courage, and voice to move forward in a way that is true to who they are.
