// About Sarah

Finding her voice

Sarah Bliss Daly knows what it feels like to not have a voice. As a child with a severe stutter, speaking in front of others was something she avoided whenever possible. Today, she stands in front of audiences for a living.

As the founder of BlissLogic Studio, Sarah works as a coach, speaker, and leadership facilitator, helping people find clarity, confidence, and courage in both life and work. Her approach is shaped by her own lived experience, including her journey as a survivor of attempted suicide, and her belief that resilience is not about pretending life is easy — it is about learning how to come back to yourself with honesty, perspective, and strength.

With a background in high-level advertising sales and years of working alongside leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams, Sarah brings a grounded, deeply human perspective to conversations about resilience, leadership, personal growth, and what it means to truly find your voice.

Her story is not just about overcoming hardship. It is about discovering that some of our greatest struggles can become the very thing we are meant to use in service of others.

I could really relate to Sarah around past trauma. I wish I could have heard this 5 to 8 years ago. It may have helped me get through my own issues faster. I think she was great, and I commend her for sharing her story!

Deana

She should speak to high schoolers. They need to see her as the light at the end of the tunnel.

Thania

Inspiring. Sarah is very courageous for sharing her experiences with us, while at the same time giving us tips on how to properly be resilient. It is not about bouncing back, but recognizing the situation, applying the 5 Cs, and moving forward loving ourselves. Thank you, Sarah!

Erika

It was honestly inspiring and instilled hope for me personally. I wasn’t very interactive, but the life Sarah has lived helped put things into perspective about my own life. It helped me not only increase gratitude but also increased my awareness that asking for help is a great thing.

Robin

Sarah’s speech was moving and insightful, and it spoke to real life challenges that are not talked about enough. Sarah shared in a way that felt honest and grounded. I left with more perspective, more language for what I have been carrying, and a clearer sense of what to do next.

Kaitlyn

I absolutely love the way that Sarah took the time to work with me beforehand to ensure that her messaging aligned with ours. She delivered an exceptional and deeply impactful talk for our Women of Vision luncheon. Her message on bravery and courage was not only inspiring, but seamlessly aligned with the work we do every day with the girls we serve. Her words truly elevated the event, and I am incredibly grateful for the insight and energy she brought to the room.
